We provide business and technical expertise to assist you with your system development and act as part of a team or take the lead if necessary. This is normally done on a time and materials basis and subject to a negotiated contract detailing deliverables, confidentiality, hourly rates, etc.
Application Development
We undertake system development either with your staff or our own team depending on your needs. This is normally done on a time and materials basis until a project has been scoped following which we prefer to work on a fixed cost basis. This way you have a budget figure and we know what is to be delivered in what time frames. Again, this is secured by a contract detailing what is to be done and the roles and responsibilities of each party.
Maintenance & Support
Where we have developed applications with you or you use our software we can enter into an annual maintenance and support contract. This is normally 3rd level support where your 1st level support being business system experts and your 2nd level support being technical experts cannot resolve a problem.
Our Software
You can use our Asset Finance System, covering all aspects of instalment based lending, from account origination to termination. As there are many complexities in this type of system you may prefer to build on our experience rather than develop your own system. Should you not wish to replace your system we can provide classes and services you may find useful to plug into your systems to solve specific problems such as account restructuring, base lending rate changes, payment plan calculations, etc.
